Today we are celebrating the legendary, ever charming and forever beautiful Mak Gilchrist. Mak has been modelling for more than 25 years and has worked with some of the most respected photographers of our times: David Bailey, Terence Donovan, Peter Lindbergh, Mario Testino, Arthur Elgort, Bruce Weber and Nick Knight. She’s appeared in numerous high end magazines including Vogue, Elle and L’Officiell, was the face of Chanel’s Allure and headed ad campaigns for Yves Saint Laurent, John Galliano, Kenzo, Benetton, Jil Sander and Hermes.
If all this namedropping doesn’t ring a bell, this one most certainly will: Mak is one of the supermodels in Robert Palmer’s “Addicted to love” music video and we’ve been obsessing and playing it on repeat in the office. Mak currently has a few major jobs in the pipeline, so do watch this space!!

Wow! That’s all that can be said anytime I watch the Addicted to Love video and Wow! Wow! Wow! is all I can say EVERY time I see Mak in anything. Mak you are the most beautiful model to ever walk a runway, grace a page, or take a video to a new level. Thanks Mak and congratulations on all of your well earned accolades.

I love watching addicted to love and simply irresistable etc. videos, basically like Robert Palmer and the format with the girls in that vogue, shame the quality isn’t better on you tube but your blue grey eyes stand out from the others. Great video.
