Nutty granola mango and soy yoghurt- the crunchiness of the granola mixed with the smooth fruity yoghurt was a great start to my day. Fresh zingy fruit compote mixed with a filling yoghurt and granola kept me going on set until snack time!
One more day until LFW so here’s a recipe from Honestly Healthy to warm you all up…
Unfortunately the weather looks like it is beginning to turn on us. The vests have been unearthed and the leaves are beginning to look a little brown. This means gazpacho’s are out and warming soups are in!
Fear not though, because with autumn comes some a great harvest of root vegetables, apples, pears, blackberries and all sorts of alkalising ingredients. This Honestly Healthy soup is the bi-product of such a harvest and is incredibly cleansing. Fennel is one of the most alkalising vegetables out there and is packed with calcium, magnesium, vitamin C & potassium – while pears are a fantastic diuretic which help to remove toxins from the gut. This is a mega health boosting soup – just what you need to help you get through a busy and perhaps cold Fashion Week.
If you’re like me and have an iphone or windows phone etc you will be obsessed with Instagram….and with London Fashion Week fast approaching (We are feeling the pressure here at Premier HQ ahhh) we thought we would share with you some of our favourite instagramers who we are sure will be providing behind the scenes and front row photographs of the action packed week of shows and parties! These are just a few Premier folk to follow this season.
For Premier Peeps this week we have Georgina Edmonds textile designer for Pavane, which the gorgeous Siobhan Perry models in these pics
1.What do you do?
I’m the textile designer for Pavane, the label started with my design partner Fiona Ransom. This means I oversee all the fabrics we use in the ranges – from prints and embroideries to developing weaves and finishes. I get to work with lots of interesting factories and machinery.
