What an absolute joy to watch. Thank you dearest TV god for sending this truly genius series our way, including major cliffhangers that get us each and every single time! We love everything about this show. There’s but one thing we must address. Carries flared trousers. Now we totally get how you wouldn’t want Carrie to be somewhat of a sexy spy kitten, of course not…

…however Carrie is an attractive young woman of this day and age, who I’d bet you, would not ever be caught in flared trousers. Even if she’s an active little munshkin that doesn’t really care about her sex-appeal, it just wouldn’t happen in reality. And yes we are aware that flared trousers are making a come back (ala Rachel Zoe/Victoria Beckham), however they are an entirely different type of flared trouser, I’m sure we all agree. So let’s see with what we came up with…  we are positive these would look effortlessly chic, sporty and cool on our little heroine!

We selected very simple but chic trousers by Theory (left) and The Row (right). They will be very comfortable and stretch nicely for any unforeseen and sudden sprints whilst providing her with a bit of pep at the same time. These can be worn whilst out on the field so to speak, teamed up with the cutest yellow Elka jacket (also available in less “loud” colours) and super cool Agni Knit (both available at http://www.norseprojects.com). And for any formal outings trousers can be worn with either this army shirt and leopard print sneakers, or for even more formal usage we’d suggest the very grown-up/business woman/gorgeous Peplum Sweater (all available at high street favourite: Zara)

Hypothetically speaking, if we had our way with Carrie’s wardrobe… we’d pick these looks, all by TopShop Unique F/W 12… but then I guess we’d have transformed her into the other Carrie…
